Health is wealth you know and to keep in good shape, be it physical and mental health, you should take proper measures to do so.  There are various types of diseases every now and then we came to know due to life style and stress.

Today's stressful conditions on the work makes people sick.  So, to move out of this situation, one should go for proper medication and Yoga Exercise.  Yoga is the best way to beat the stress and live life happily.
